"Alba Ways" is the brand through which the agency's products and services are marketed. We at Droob Al-Shorooq implement safety requirements in our trips and are fully committed to providing the best possible level of organization as part of our goals, where safety and quality represent our first principle. Our trips are preceded by preparations for every detail and are carried out in direct coordination with local and foreign government agencies when necessary, with an equipped field team.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions define the mechanism for using the Alba Ways website. Your use of the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them or any part of them, you must refrain from using the website.
The Website
The Alba Ways website is an electronic platform owned by "Masarat Al-Fajr Travel and Tourism Agency." The platform aims to provide domestic and international tour organizing services through diverse packages by providing the best level of organization and applying the highest safety standards.
Platform Parties

The Agency: Refers to Masarat Al-Fajr Travel and Tourism Agency, the owner of the platform.

The Client: Every natural or legal person in their capacity as the user/service seeker/subscriber who applied for one of the platform's services.

The Authorized Representative: Every legal person in their capacity as an authorized representative by the client to use the platform.
Platform Registration
Benefiting from the services of albaways.com requires registration. Required data includes: (Full Triple Name – Nationality – Date of Birth – Proof of Payment – Emergency Number – Email – Contact Number). Upon obtaining a username and password, the client/authorized representative is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this data. Use of the services must be legal and for legitimate purposes only.
Use of the Platform
The client is committed to reviewing and adhering to all terms published on the agency's website. The client must notify the agency immediately of any illegal use of the account or suspected security breaches. The agency reserves the right to delete, suspend, or modify any request without liability. Links to third-party sites do not represent an endorsement by the agency.
Trip Policy

The agency is committed to the services mentioned in the trip program.

The client must adhere to community values, customs, and laws relevant to each country.

Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The agency/trip leader has the right to expel the client without a refund.

The client acknowledges full awareness of trip risks and waives any claims against the agency.

The client must be physically fit and disclose any health conditions.

Full compliance with the leader's instructions is mandatory.

The client is responsible for providing their own required equipment and clothing.
Access Restriction
The agency may restrict access to services at its absolute discretion. The client must not use the platform in any way that causes damage or involves fraudulent or harmful activities, including the transmission of viruses or malware.
Fees
Fees do not include VAT or other government-imposed charges. The agency reserves the right to modify or add fees for services, and these modifications are binding. Trip fees do not include photography or video services.
Platform Ownership
All intellectual property rights, including codes, designs, photos, videos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of the agency. The client may not share or publish any materials from the platform without written consent.
Privacy Policy
Personal data is the property of the agency and is kept confidential, except when requested by regulatory authorities or court orders. The agency may use data for marketing purposes. The client may not photograph others without written consent. The agency reserves the right to use photos/videos taken during the trip for marketing unless the client opts out before the trip starts.
Limitation of Liability
The agency is not liable for interruptions due to factors beyond its control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters or wars. Liability shall not exceed 10% of the damage value proven by a final court judgment. The agency is not responsible for delays or cancellations by third parties (e.g., airlines).
General Provisions
Programs cannot be assigned or transferred to another party without written consent. Violation of terms may result in being barred from future services without compensation. All submitted information must be correct and non-misleading.
Amendments
The agency has the right to amend services or terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance.
Applicable Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be referred to the competent judicial authority in Riyadh.
Cancellation and Refund Policy - Local Trips (Inside KSA)

14+ days before: Full amount as credit for one year, OR a refund minus a 10% admin fee.

7 to 14 days before: The agency retains 50%, and the rest is refunded.

72 hours to 7 days before: The agency retains 50%, and the rest is kept as credit for one year.

Less than 72 hours: No refund or compensation.

Substitution: Replacing a client with another incurs a 10% admin fee.
Cancellation and Refund Policy - International Trips (Outside KSA)

30+ days before: Full amount as credit for one year, OR a refund minus a 20% admin fee.

21 to 29 days before: The agency retains 50%, and the rest is refunded.

14 to 20 days before: The agency retains 50%, and the rest is kept as credit for one year.

Less than 14 days before: No refund or compensation.

Substitution: Between 48 hours and 13 days before, with agency approval, incurs a 10% admin fee.
In case of Force Majeure: The trip may be postponed, the amount kept as credit for one year, or the trip moved to another area.
